Position: Contracts Administrator

Our Client is a long established company with over 16 years experience subcontracting the installation and hire of scaffolding to larger building and construction companies in NSW.
The position of contracts administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that the work on site is fully monitored, recorded and claimed. Duties are to administer the subcontracts.
The Contractors Administrator is responsible for:
- Accurately recording of progressive contract work,
- Implementation and recording of variations to the Contract,
- Llodging monthly progress claims.
The successful applicant will be responsible for daily assessment of progressive work on site and liaison with both the company and client site personnel.
The successful applicant must have:
- Experience within the construction industry,
- Be highly proficient in the use of Micrsoft Excel and other Microsoft office products,
- Excellent time management skills and be able to keep to strict monthly deadlines,
- The ability to interpret standard construction drawings.
The following experience would be advantageous:
- Previous experience within the scaffolding industry,
- Previous experience with subcontracting, procedures, definitions and terminologies.
Full training in organisational systems, policies and procedures will be given to the successful applicant.

Due to nature of the contract compliance within the role it is imperative that you have a fluent grasp of the English language.
The salary paid will be in accordance with the experience/ability of the applicant, with promotion to projects manager a possibility.
