Wood Machinist (sawmilling)
A local family owned company located on the Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Wood Machinist or an apprentice who is almost finished their trade, to come and join the team. The company has been in operation for over 30 years, supplying merchants and wholesalers with quality treated pine products.
The days are broken up, spending half days on the moulder and half stacker. The successful person will be required to set up machines, run the machines, grinding and general maitenance. Some of the machines in operation are bandsaw and profiler. You will be cutting steel as well.
The right person for the role will be hard working, gets the job done (volumes are set), motivated, self-starter, can work autonomously and as part of a team and enjoy achieving goals.
To apply for this position you must be a qualified Wood Machinst or a third or fourth year Wood Machining Apprentice. It would be handy if you know PLC controls and have a forklift ticket.
Own transport is essential.

Landscaping Apprenticeship
Are you a second or third year apprentice currently looking to complete your Certificate III in Landscape. Or perhaps you have completed a traineeship and are looking to do an apprenticeship. We are currently looking for a reliable, keen person interested in landscaping to complete an apprenticeship. Your duties will be landscaping, turfing, working with retaining walls, paving and fencing. We ideally would like someone who has experience with the above. You must have a reliable car and current driver's licence. Most of the work will be located around Murrumba Downs and North Brisbane.

join the team. The person who is successful in this permanent full time position will be responsible for providing customer service, order entry,
